SEARCH PROCESS

Understand the client's organization and the position

  • Meet with Hiring Managers and Key staff to build in-depth understanding of the position requirements
  • Together with the client we set the criteria that reflects both the person and the philosophy of the organization

Find candidates

  • Develop targeted search strategy
  • Off-set research sourcing
  • Advertise (if requested by client)
  • Conduct initial telephone interviews
  • Include and review client-generated candidates
  • Present the “Long List” to the client

Interview Candidates

  • Conduct in-depth competency and behavioural Based interviews
  • Evaluate candidate’s past performance as a predictor of future performance
  • Conduct preliminary background checks
  • Prepare the 1st “Short-List” for review with the client

Present candidates

  • Create comprehensive confidential candidate reports (CCRs)
  • Review CCRs with the Client

Select finalist

  • Brief and prepare candidates for interviews with client
  • Facilitate candidate interviews with client (if client accepts this)
  • Check Diplomas/Degrees and written references & convey additional reference checks

The contract

  • Assist with offer negotiations

Follow-up

  • On-going support to both the client and the candidate
